众所周知吸烟危害健康，但烟民偏偏就是戒不掉！对于身边被迫吸二手烟的民众而言，真的深感无奈。随着2024年烟草与吸烟产品管制法令（852法令）自10月1日起正式实施，政府将更加严格管控各种与香烟与电子烟相关的产品，包括广告、促销、赞助方式等。

为了加强对公共场所禁烟规定的执行力度，避免二手烟对非吸烟者健康造成危害，该法令赋予卫生部长权力，将任何公共场所划定为禁烟区。现在就马上来看看禁烟区有哪些地方吧！

【 28个禁烟区 】

  1.  娱乐中心或剧院（除了赌场）
  2.  医院或诊所区域
  3.  电梯或公共厕所
  4.  餐饮场所
  5.  有空调的商店
  6.  洗衣店
  7.  公共交通车站建筑
  8.  机场区域（除了经过批准的吸烟区或吸烟室）
  9.  政府场所区域
  10.  马来西亚国会大厦
  11.  任何进行聚会活动的公共场所或建筑物内（私人住宅或私人建筑除外）
  12.  教育机构或高等教育机构区域
  13.  幼儿园/托儿所区域
  14.  公共服务柜台
  15.  购物中心
  16.  加油站区域
  17.  体育场、健身中心或健身房建筑；
  18.  体育综合设施区域
  19.  用于宗教目的的建筑物或者公共场所
  20.  图书馆
  21.  网吧
  22.  国家服务训练区
  23.  工作场所
  24.  休息及治疗区域（除了露天公共停车场）
  25.  公园区域（除了露天公共停车场）
  26.  在国家或州立公园中的观景塔、露营地、树冠步道及其入口或出口五米范围内
