  1. “熬夜族”必须摄取充足的热能,熬夜前的晚餐拒绝油腻,适宜清淡。要多补充营养、易消化、富含蛋白质的食物,为熬夜储备能量;少吃辛辣和油炸类食品,多吃蔬菜。
  2. 如果知道自己晚上要熬夜,那么当天白天的时候稍微抽空多休息一会,尤其是一定要睡个午觉,养足精神。
