根据International Living网站发布《2018全球最佳退休国家》调查资料，马来西亚位列全球第5、亚洲第1的最佳退休国家。由于大马全年拥有热带雨林的气候，且大部份地区被天然环境及海滩围绕，因此地理位置占有一定优势。

此外，退休人士只要拥有每月2500美元（约1万令吉）的退休金，就可以在大马拥有舒适的退休生活，相比起西方国家的消费可说是比较低廉

世界第一座蝴蝶园

槟城蝴蝶园（Penang Butterfly Farm）建于1986年，是世界第一座热带蝴蝶公园，如今称为“虫鸣大地”（ENTOPIA）。园区内大约有120多种蝴蝶品种，并一共有4至5千只蝴蝶哦！此外，蝴蝶园还设有百合池、人造瀑布及岩石景区，让蝴蝶能自在地生活在自然环境中

亚洲大陆最南端

柔佛州的丹绒比艾（Tanjung Piai），位于亚洲大陆最南端，同时也是印尼岛群——廖内群岛（Kepulauan Riau）的最西点。丹绒比艾海岸具有著名的红树林，且拥有丰富的自然生态。那里会有一块标注着“亚洲大陆最南端”的石碑，凡到此一游的游客，都可以向公园管理局申请一张纪念证书哦！
