这3类人群的运动风险最高:勉强身体进行长时间或高强度运动者、饮食不当或作息不规律者,以及患有先天或慢性疾病者。

方法1:注意及控制心率

要避免运动时猝死,最重要的是注意和控制心率!近几年推出的多款智能手表都具有检测心率的功能,可以用来评估你的运动负荷量。如果运动时超过最高心率(Maximum Heart Rate, HRmax)就会非常危险,随时都有可能猝死哦!

最高心率 (HRmax) = 220 – 实际年龄

如果你的年龄是25岁,就代表你的最高心率是“220-25=【195】”。然而,这并不代表只要维持在最大心率以下就正常。根据美国心脏协会分享资讯,建议在进行不同强度的运动时多观察心率,将心率维持在以下水平:

中等运动强度:最高心率的 50% 至约 70%
剧烈运动强度:最高心率的 70% 至约 85%

方法2:运动不宜盲目坚持

这里划重点!痛是身体重要的信息机制,警示身体有危险。尽管肌肉酸痛属于正常现象,但运动时出现刺痛或麻痹的感觉就要特别注意。在运动期间,如果你感觉自己呼吸困难、飙冷汗或者视觉模糊,那就要立刻停下来,不要坚持。如果休息一阵子后还是感觉不舒服,建议立即求医。

方法3:空腹或饱腹不宜运动

空腹时运动是相当危险的,医生建议早晨运动前先喝水、吃点饼干垫肚子。相反,吃太饱也不可以做剧烈运动,否则会影响胃的消化功能,影响肠胃健康。
