又到了一年一度的报税时间！内陆税收局现已将2024年申报表（BN）已上载至该局官网，作为纳税者报税时的参考及指南。

纳税者可通过官网www.hasil.gov.my取得该指南，或点击快速链接获取马来文及英文版本指南，分别是

2024年个人/公司报税和雇主责任清单

2024年3月31日：E表格
2024年4月30日：BE、BT*、M*、MT*、TP*、TF*或TJ*表格
2024年6月30日：B、P、BT*、M*、MT*、TF*、TP*和TJ*表格

*没有经商的人士需在4月30日前报税，有经商的人士需在6月30日前报税。

谁需要报税？

在1967年所得税法下，不管你是大马公民或外国人，只要你一年内居住在马来西亚超过182天，并拥有收入，你就有报税的义务。

报税缴税傻傻分不清楚？

报税和缴税是两回事，报税只是呈报你在过去一年的财务状态给政府知道，而缴税是把收入的税务交给政府。每个有收入的人士都需要报税，但只有在你的收入达到一定标准时，才需要缴交税务。
