原来OUG也有槟城很出名的Apong阿榜糕!
就在山海茶餐室外面的小档口,据说老板生意好的时候一天可以卖出上千片!
阿榜糕的材料主要是蛋、面粉及糖。把面糊倒上自制的阿榜糕膜具,再放上香蕉、红豆或者椰丝,大概3分钟就可以开盖出炉啦!
